A S$30 midnight surcharge applies to pickups between 2300 and 0700, and each additional stop is S$20. Tolls (ERP) and the standard meet-and-greet are included in the quote — what we confirm on WhatsApp is what you pay.

What is included in your fixed fare

Our quote is genuinely all-in for the route you give us. There is no per-kilometre meter, no peak-hour surge, and no extra charge for a few minutes of waiting while you load bags. The fixed fare covers the vehicle and driver, ERP and road tolls along the standard route, the meet-and-greet for arrivals, and reasonable waiting time at the kerb.

The only add-ons are the ones listed on this page: the S$30 late-night surcharge and S$20 per additional stop. If your plans change — an extra passenger, a heavier load, or a second drop-off — just tell us on WhatsApp and we will re-quote a fixed price before the trip rather than springing a surprise at the end. Arrivals vs departures: what to expect

For arrivals, share your flight number when you book. Your driver tracks the flight, so a delayed or early landing is no problem, and meets you after baggage claim at the arrival hall with a name sign. This meet-and-greet is why arrival fares start slightly higher than departures.

For departures, we pick up door-to-door from your home, office or hotel and take you straight to your terminal — DOORS 1 to 14 across Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4, or Jewel if you are meeting someone first. Tell us your check-in time and we will recommend a pickup time with comfortable buffer for traffic.
